Who we are
SafeGate is the name of the product and the team behind this website.
When someone asks what happened at the gate, your team should not have to rebuild the answer from memory, phone calls or handwritten notes. SafeGate keeps the check and the record together.
Being straight with you
SafeGate is the name of the product and the team behind this website.
Company, billing and payment details are all confirmed clearly in your written setup documents.
We don't show customer names, logos or reviews unless they have said yes.
Trust should come from a clear system, clean records and good training — not a slogan.
Why we built it
People expect the guard to be fast and still get it right, while cars and bodas wait.
When something is queried later, the office has to explain what happened at the gate.
A short wait is easier to accept than a vague answer later.
One line in a book can miss the permission, person, shift, host, gate and exit.
What we've learned
The guard needs the current record, not a loose message.
The office needs the result after the check is done.
Managers need a record they can review without calling everyone.
Visitors, contractors and pickup people need a clear process.
Our promise on proof
If a customer says we can use their name, we will. If not, we keep examples anonymous: the town, site type, gate setup, problem and what changed.
If a customer hasn't agreed to be named, we won't use them as proof.
Big "trusted by thousands" lines only appear here once they're actually true.
Where SafeGate is still being tested, we'll say so plainly.
The best proof is a real pickup or visitor problem that got better.
The places we build for
Until a school or institution agrees to be named, here are the kinds of places SafeGate is built around.
One main pickup gate, many drivers and guardians, and a head teacher who needs answers after 7:00 PM.
Matron-led weekend exits, return checks, visitation-day crowds and gate review.
Sunday visitors, temporary workers, deliveries at the service gate, and a review after the event.
Staff shifts, contractors, suppliers, visitor passes, and a supervisor checking everyone signed out.
Visitors, attendants, staff, deliveries, and several entrances with different guards.
Each branch has its own gates and devices, with leaders needing a record for every one.
Let's get started
We'll be honest about what SafeGate can record today, where training helps, and what still depends on your own process.
Gate checks
Guards check the right person, pass, gate and status.
Clear records
The office can review who came in, left, or needs follow-up.
Training
Your guard and office work from the same record.
After you ask
We read your gate story and reply with the next step.
Next
We confirm your people, gates, devices and any questions.
No surprises
Costs, setup and support are all agreed in writing.
