SafeGate
Terms

Terms for using the SafeGate public website.

These terms cover the public website and demo requests. A school or institution rollout should have its own written quote, onboarding scope, and service terms before launch.

Last updated: June 13, 2026

Website purpose

This website explains SafeGate and lets schools or institutions request a walkthrough. It is not a final contract, invoice, or deployment agreement.

Operating name

SafeGate is the public product/operator name used here. The legal and billing entity for a paid rollout is confirmed in writing before onboarding.

Demo requests

When you submit the form, you are asking SafeGate to review your gate scenario and reply. A form submission does not guarantee a deployment, price, timeline, or feature commitment.

Product scope

SafeGate is built for gate records: pickup people, visitors, guards, gates, cards, devices, alerts, reports, and related review workflows. It does not replace school judgment, child-safeguarding policy, employment checks, or legal advice.

Pricing and payment

Prices are scoped from the site setup, number of people, gates, devices, cards, training, and rollout model. Mobile-money, bank, or other payment options must be named in the quote or invoice before they are treated as available.

Accuracy of information

Please send accurate details when requesting a walkthrough. Wrong student, parent, visitor, gate, or device information can lead to wrong operational records during a rollout.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false requests, harmful content, private information you are not allowed to share, or attempts to interfere with the website or application.

Changes

These public terms may be updated as the website, product, or rollout process changes. Deployment-specific terms should be handled in the written agreement for that institution.

Contact

Use the public form for requests. Email is a secondary option at sales@riyaletechsolutions.com.

Let's get started

Need the rollout scope before committing?

Send the gate story first. The next step should explain what is included, what is not included, and what needs confirmation.

Gate checks

Guards check the right person, pass, gate and status.

Clear records

The office can review who came in, left, or needs follow-up.

Training

Your guard and office work from the same record.

After you ask

We read your gate story and reply with the next step.

Next

We confirm your people, gates, devices and any questions.

No surprises

Costs, setup and support are all agreed in writing.
