Who operates this website

SafeGate is the public product/operator name used for this website. The legal and billing entity for a rollout is confirmed in the written quote or onboarding documents before launch.

What the contact form collects

The form asks for your name, school or institution, role, phone or WhatsApp number, email, location, institution type, people counts, gate count, and the gate problem you share.

Why we collect it

We use enquiry details to understand your gate, prepare a relevant walkthrough, reply to you, scope pricing, and plan onboarding if you continue.

Gate records during rollout

A live SafeGate deployment may handle student, parent, guardian, pickup-person, visitor, staff, worker, guard, gate, card, device, pickup, visit, alert, and report records. Those records should be configured around the school or institution roles agreed during onboarding.

Who should see what

Guards, administrators, parents, leaders, and operations staff should not all see the same information. Access should follow the role and workflow configured for the institution.

No public proof without approval

We do not publish school names, logos, testimonials, or case details unless the school or institution approves them. Anonymized examples may be used without naming the site.

Retention and correction

Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed for follow-up, scoping, and reasonable business records. If information you sent is wrong, use the contact form to ask for correction.

Contact

Use the public form as the primary route. Email is a secondary option at sales@riyaletechsolutions.com.

Clear records

The office can review who came in, left, or needs follow-up.

Training

Your guard and office work from the same record.

After you ask

We read your gate story and reply with the next step.

Next

We confirm your people, gates, devices and any questions.

No surprises

Costs, setup and support are all agreed in writing.
